At Leben Tree, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund, return, and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order on https://lebentree.com/.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, dispatched, or marked out for delivery, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For cancellation requests before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and registered mobile number/email.
2. No Refund After Delivery
No refund will be provided once the product has been delivered.
Customers are requested to check product details, specifications, and size/capacity carefully before placing the order.
Refund requests after successful delivery will not be entertained.
3. Replacement / Return for Damaged Products
A replacement or return request will be accepted only if the product is received damaged or broken during shipping.
To raise such a request, the customer must provide:
- complete unboxing video from the start of opening the sealed package
- clear images of the damaged product
- order ID / invoice details
The unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.
Requests without a proper unboxing video may not be approved.
4. Conditions for Replacement / Return Approval
Replacement or return will be approved only if:
- damage is clearly visible in the unboxing video
- packaging seal is shown intact before opening
- request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- damage is caused during transit/shipping
Claims may be rejected in cases of:
- used product
- physical damage after delivery
- missing unboxing video
- request raised after 24 hours
- damage caused by mishandling
5. Replacement Process
Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped within 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
If replacement stock is unavailable, store credit or another suitable resolution may be offered.
6. Refund for Approved Shipping Damage Cases
In special cases where replacement is not possible, refund may be processed only after product pickup and inspection, subject to approval.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
